Our Rentals are offered to qualified families with “Low to Moderate income levels”. Applications are reviewed and ranked based on the information provided by YOU -THE APPLICANT and verified through State, Federal, and local third-party entities.

- 502 Direct Program (Homeownership)
Designed for low and very-low-income families, the 502 Direct Program provides affordable financing options to help families purchase or build homes in North Carolina. - 504 Grant/Loan Program
- 504 Grant: Available to homeowners aged 62 or older who are considered very low-income, the grant helps with essential home repairs, improvements, and accessibility upgrades.
- 504 Loan: Provides financial assistance for very low-income families who qualify, helping make critical home improvements affordable.
